Cirdan is a UK headquartered healthcare technology company delivering laboratory information systems, digital pathology and imaging platforms used by NHS and private laboratories to support patient diagnosis and care. Our solutions run in some of the most demanding pathology environments in the UK and internationally. We are looking for an experienced UK Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory and drive revenue growth across NHS Trusts, pathology networks and private laboratories. This is a quota carrying role with full responsibility for building pipeline, managing complex sales opportunities through procurement and tender processes, closing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. You will work closely with Cirdans clinical, product and delivery teams to develop strong, value driven propositions that address real operational and clinical challenges in pathology and diagnostics. You will be expected to run opportunities end to end, from initial engagement and qualification through to contract signature and handover to delivery. What you will do Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to revenue targets Build and manage a high quality pipeline across NHS and private sector accounts Lead complex sales cycles including RFIs, tenders and contract negotiations Grow existing customer relationships and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Work with internal teams to create strong, compliant and competitive proposals What we are looking for Proven experience selling healthcare IT, diagnostics or medical technology in the UK Strong track record of winning business with NHS Trusts or pathology networks Comfortable running long, complex sales cycles and formal procurement processes Commercially focused, organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once Able to engage credibly with clinicians, lab managers, IT and procurement teams Why Cirdan Cirdan offers the opportunity to sell healthcare technology with a clear product roadmap, strong clinical relevance and established customer references.
