Job Description

4. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients for overdue payments.
6. Prepare financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
7. Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payment histories.
9. Assist in resolving client billing queries promptly and professionally.
10. Support month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:
11. A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
12. Previous experience working in the construction industry.
13. CIS reporting experience.
14. Experience working in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
15. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
