About the Role We are seeking an experienced ADHD Nurse Prescriber to join a clinical team delivering high-quality assessment and treatment for individuals with ADHD. The role involves diagnosing ADHD, managing and reviewing medication, and ensuring care is delivered in line with NICE guidelines and best clinical practice. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical records, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external services. Ongoing professional development and staying up to date with ADHD research are integral to this role. Key Duties and Responsibilities This role will include, but is not limited to: Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals presenting with suspected ADHD, diagnosing where appropriate, and clearly communicating outcomes to clients and, where relevant, their families. Producing detailed clinical reports outlining assessment findings and the clinical rationale for outcomes. Completing structured reviews for individuals with an existing ADHD diagnosis, providing holistic, patient-centred care that incorporates both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
