Job Description
1. Provide day‑to‑day administrative and organizational support to project managers.
2. Assist in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and workflow tracking for ongoing projects.
3. Maintain project files, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change order logs.
4. Support communication between office staff, field superintendents, and external partners.
5. Help prepare project reports, presentations, meeting notes, and compliance documents.

The Successful Applicant
6. 1-3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in construction or real estate development.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a plus.
10. Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
