Assist pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups. Help manage pupil behaviour and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Adapt to different school settings, year groups, and pupil needs. Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.What you'll need Previous experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting. A genuine passion for supporting pupils' academic and personal development. Patience, adaptability, and strong communication and teamwork skills. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or a willingness to apply for one.
