Guarantee equipment calibration aligns with SOP guidelines. Identify and communicate issues and variances. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Requirements: Educational background at GCSE level, or its equivalent, specialising in English and Mathematics. Prior exposure to a manufacturing setting is desirable. Proficiency in performing physical duties and managing different tools. Collaborative individual with a flexible and optimistic demeanor towards work. Foundational IT proficiencies. Desired Qualifications and Background: Prior background in packing positions or using machinery is preferred.
