Test center administrator required minimum 12 hours per week. Will occasionally be required to work in Kingsbridge.


Pay & Hours

* £13.60 per hour, paid at the end of each month.
* Minimum 12 hours per week, with occasional work in Kingsbridge.


Responsibilities

* Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test‑taking candidates.
* Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
* Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
* Proctor/invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
* Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as IT, to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
* Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.


Qualifications

* Full driving licence required.
* School qualifications in English and Maths.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
* Flexible to work various shifts any day Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
* Excellent attention to detail; ability to monitor for restricted behaviour and notice details from a distance.
* Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to/from exam/testing room.
