Lead the in-house Water Hygiene Engineering team and trusted contractors, delivering planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance and exceptional service. Stay actively involved in technical work, applying practical experience in water hygiene management to drive high standards and optimise performance across the portfolio. Coach and develop a motivated team and liaise with clients directly.
