Working closely with the Civil Engineering Director, you will oversee the design, quality management, and commercial performance of projects in sectors such as residential housing, care homes, industrial developments, remediation, and renewable energy schemes. The role involves direct client engagement as well as technical design and reporting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of drainage, highway, and civil infrastructure designs to adoption standards. Manage project quality and accuracy, ensuring engineering outputs meet the highest standards. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. At least 8 years' post-graduate experience with responsibility for civil design projects.
