Construction Recruitment Consultant
Are you a driven recruiter who knows the trades & labour market inside out? Ready to run a full 360 desk and build something that’s truly yours?
We’re growing our Birmingham Operation and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across our construction desk and join a well-established team within Rail, Infrastructure and Logistics sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Business development & client relationship management
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
* Managing compliance, onboarding, and site requirements
* Growing and owning your desk with full autonomy
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment
* 360 recruitment experience (or strong 180 ready to step up)
* Sales Focused and experienced operating CRM systems
* Confident with client-facing BD and negotiations
* Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
* Strong understanding of site-based roles & compliance
