Design & Planning Coordinator (Graduate / Junior – up to 3 yrs exp) £28,000 – £35,000 - depending on experience North West | Main Contractor | Permanent I’m working with a well‑established North West main contractor who are looking to strengthen their design function, while also bringing in planning support, through the appointment of a Junior Design & Planning Coordinator. This is a dual‑role position, supporting the design process while also assisting with planning‑related duties. The role would suit a built‑environment graduate or someone with 1–4 years’ experience in a design‑based role who is comfortable working across both areas. This is not a hands‑on designer role, but you must be design‑aware and comfortable working with drawings, consultants and the wider design process.
