About the role
As the Marketing Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support our portfolio of products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, leveraging your expertise to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
What you’ll do
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote UCB's products and therapies in alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
3. Lead the development of marketing materials and resources tailored to various audiences including healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
5. Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and demonstrating ROI for marketing activities.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.….
I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
9. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
10. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and compliance requirements.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
12. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
13. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results in a matrix organization.
