Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
* Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including document preparation and communication.
* Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects a welcoming environment.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
* Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Previous clerical experience is advantageous
* Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
