Requirements
The duties of this position involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a PVG Scheme member regarding regulated work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council. PVG records are continuously updated with new vetting information, which will be discussed with the applicant prior to any employment offer.

The Individual
This is a permanent full-time position based at Kilmarnock Academy, with 35 hours per week, scheduled at the line manager's discretion. The annual salary ranges from £40,305 to £50,589. For further information, contact elaine.wilson2@east-ayrshire.gov.uk.
