Join Our Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef
We love real cooking — fresh, customer-led, high-quality ingredients. As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team to deliver 14 great shifts a week.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely, managing stocks, health & safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star kitchen standards. You'll be proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring food is prepared and served on-spec and on-time.

What You Bring
* Likely an existing Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager ready for the next step
* Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* Proactive work ethic, leading by example to uphold high standards
* Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
* Knowledge of KPIs and decision-making in absence of Head Chef
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, recruitment, HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs
