My job
As a key and influential member of the Site Leadership Team, the purpose of this role is to drive Site performance through the provision of timely, accurate, and insightful information.
The jobholder is responsible for providing financial management reporting for the ETL, which will be used in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. They will analyze past processes in the old structure and implement new, aligned, and standardized reporting processes across the European business. The role requires close collaboration with BU heads of finance / FDs, IT, and other functional teams to establish requirements and solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead Operations Finance with responsibility for Financial Controls / SOX compliance and Financial Reporting at the Attleborough Site.
* Coordinate month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed timetable.
* Manage the rolling monthly forecast process, highlighting key movements, risks, and opportunities.
* Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the efficiency and relevance of financial reporting.
* Identify and implement best practice process controls within SAP and Innova systems.
* Influence and lead change across the site and finance team.
* Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable operational financial reports.
* Ensure effective controls with no unaccounted prior period charges.
* Provide insights and ideas that influence business decisions.
* Identify and implement best practices in processes and controls.

* CIMA/ACCA qualification.
