This is a dynamic teaching role for an individual ready to be a curriculum innovator and student advocate.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver highly creative, individualized lessons that unlock progress for every pupil, regardless of their barrier to learning.
* Use your expertise to drive significant academic milestones and foster essential life skills, celebrating every success.
* Build strong, positive relationships, managing classroom dynamics with a calm, restorative, and consistent approach.
* Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to integrate therapeutic and academic strategies.
* Role involves working across different sites/outreach settings. Own vehicle is essential for transporting pupils when required.

Qualifications
* For the Specialist Educator (Teacher) Role:
o Essential: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) OR demonstrable, extensive experience leading curriculum delivery in an SEN environment.
o Foundational Skills: Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4 or equivalent).
o Experience: Proven ability to work effectively with students with Special Educational Needs.

o Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills.
