Main duties of the job
Are you an experienced specialist sexual health nurse with leadership and management experience? An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Cornwall service as a sexual health clinical manager. You will join a well‑established team of operational, clinical staff and doctors in an all‑age level 3 service across Cornwall. If you are passionate about service development, delivering high quality patient care and leadership, this could be the perfect role for you. The post‑holder will play an active role in the leadership of Brook Cornwall services and take personal responsibility for ensuring staff are engaged in supporting the wider work of the organisation.
* Relevant qualifications in contraception and GU medicine (e.g. COSRH (FSRH) Diploma and STIF Competencies or equivalent)
* Non‑medical prescriber
* Up‑to‑date knowledge and experience of sexual health policies and practice
* Demonstrable management and leadership experience
* Experience of leading and managing geographically dispersed staff and multi‑disciplinary professional and nursing teams
