Attendance Officer : The Role
A school in Croydon is looking for an experienced Attendance Officer to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in school attendance, be confident using MIS systems (BromCom), and have strong knowledge of attendance procedures, codes, and related safeguarding practices. You will monitor attendance data, liaise with students, parents, and staff, and support the pastoral team in promoting excellent attendance.
This is a full:time permanent role with an actual salary of A GBP 28,067 to A GBP 29,752 (Grade 5, Outer London), with additional benefits including pension, wellbeing support, and performance:related bonuses.
