* Learn from feedback, audits and complaints to drive improvement
* Communicate clearly and effectively around quality and compliance matters
Through your role, you’ll help create a strong culture of accountability, learning and high‑quality service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Be a friendly and professional first point of contact for the Quality and Compliance team, providing high‑quality administrative support, managing enquiries, shared inboxes and diaries
* Help keep the team organised and on track by coordinating meetings, preparing papers and producing clear, accurate minutes and follow‑up actions
* Support the organisation to maintain high standards by assisting with quality assurance, compliance, audits and reporting, helping turn learning into improvement
* Provide dependable administrative support across complaints, information governance, health and safety and quality‑related projects, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are met
