The Role:
1. The post holder is responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of customer service, and for ensuring that facilities are clean and well presented
2. Ensure equipment is serviceable and properly handled and that all Health & Safety Policies and Hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with Council Protocol
3. The post holder will assume other delegated duties appropriate to the post reasonably assigned by management
Essential Criteria:
4. A relevant recognised current coaching qualification
5. A minimum of one years' experience of dealing with the public in a customer service related environment
Where applicants do not hold the qualifications as outlined in, they must demonstrate a minimum of two years' experience as outlined in above
Desirable Criteria:
6. One years' experience of working within a leisure facility (eg outdoor sports pitches, leisure centre, recreation centre, private fitness club or other sport/leisure organisation)
7. A current First Aid at Work qualifications
