Regional Business Development Manager – Manned Guarding Sales
Location: London (Regional Role)
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission 1% + Company Car Allowance £5000 P/A
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across London in the manned guarding sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing security company with ambitious growth plans and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and secure new manned guarding contracts across London and surrounding areas
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
•Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare tailored security proposals
•Close new business and ensure smooth handover to operations
•Maintain strong market awareness and competitor insight
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role for manned guarding with the same employer
•Broader experience in B2B sales, security, or facilities management is advantageous
•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own territory
•Full UK driving licence (essential)
