Retail Security Officer – Morrisons, Partick
Salary: £12.21 per hour | Hours: Average 36 per week | Location: Glasgow, G11 area

About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping both customers and staff safe. Your responsibilities will include:
* Patrolling and monitoring the store to maintain a secure environment
* Acting as a visible deterrent against theft or other incidents
* Completing detailed reports of observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
* Responding calmly and professionally to any challenging situations
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer and team needs are met
Working hours:
Shifts are worked on a three-week rolling rota and will include a mix of the following shift patterns: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, and 08:00–20:00.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Professional, observant, and able to exercise good judgment
* Confident in communication and excellent at providing customer service
* Experienced in a security role (desirable, not essential)
* Holding a valid SIA Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
* Able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
* Own transport is preferred
