We are seeking a proactive Commercial Sales Assistant / Internal Sales Administrator to support internal sales operations, quotations, and commercial processes within a growing B2B business.
Key Responsibilities

Producing and issuing sales quotations and pricing documents
*
Supporting bids, tenders, and sales proposals
*
Maintaining and updating CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
*
Managing professional B2B email communication
*
Supporting email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
*
Updating website content, including services, case studies, and news
*
Providing sales administration and commercial support to the sales team
*
Managing sales data, reports, and documentation
Skills & Experience
*
Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Commercial Administration
*
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipelines
*
CRM experience (HubSpot, Zero, Salesforce, or similar)
*
Strong written communication and high attention to detail
*
Confident with Excel, Microsoft Office, email platforms, and CRM systems
*
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and process-focused
