Job Introduction:

As a Customer Service Administrator atHM Naval Base,you'll be at the heart of our operation-ensuring smooth communication, creating a welcoming environment, and always putting the safety and satisfaction of our customers first. Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficient service for all our clients and visitors.
What you'll do:
* To ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisation
* To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
* To maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer
* To answer incoming calls to HMNB Portsmouth HelpDesk and respond promptly.
* Liaise with internal and external customers
* Assign all queries to appropriate manager through SMS system.
* To assist in accommodation and sports bookings
* To support JR's accommodation reception and Hall Porter as required.
* To provide support for any additional ad-hoc services provided as required, for example administrative or office support
* Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements

* Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but a proactive, customer-first attitude is what really matters.
