What YOU will do here at LifeScan:
Managing the retail trade channel and wholesale business of North1 region (Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, JnK, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh. Driving and implementing SFE, managing and coaching team of ABM and their reports and KAM wholesale through on-field support, ensuring effective coverage of retail counters, maintaining call average and coverage norms for team and self, effective wholesale management. Strong understanding of Delhi wholesale market operation. Channel partner management through effective stock management, ROI calculation, driving regular supplies to retailers and deliver primary and secondary for the area. Distribution gap identification in the assigned area and adding distribution network wherever required. Effective team management through regular interaction, field work, driving culture of performance both WHAT and HOW. Interviewing and onboarding team member for vacant position. Making successful implementation of marketing campaign through team. Planning and delivering business result in assigned area month on month basis. Regular interaction and alignment with GSM in terms of delivering strong business result and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Effective joint field work with team in trade retail pharmacy to drive SFE parameters, implementation of organization strategy, coaching team to deliver strong business result
- Implementation of effective wholesale coverage by team through joint working in wholesale market and coaching team to win wholesale by implementing company strategy
- Planning and tracking the regional business goal achievement month on month

Job Requirements
We pride ourselves in creating a fantastic team environment that allows everyone to grow and develop. Therefore, it’s important to us that you have:
• 5-10 years people management experience
• Strong retail and distribution management experience
• Work experience of Delhi and North India market. Having working experience at Delhi wholesale market.
• Data analysis proficiency and good knowledge of Excel
• Having healthcare OTC product or FMCG selling experience
• Strong business acumen with decision making capability.
• Strong achievement track record
• Knowledge of extensive retail coverage process
• Strong process adherence and compliance
