The Role
The Dealer Development Business Analyst provides support to the Dealer Development team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
* Actively engaging in ongoing projects and supporting them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
* Joining in and contributing to cross functional project teams.
* Completing project documentation and reports.
* Collecting, managing, and presenting key data for improvement activities.
* Identifying and suggesting opportunities for business improvement.
* Encouraged to work with other departments to achieve objectives and develop learning and skill set.
The Team
The Dealer Development team is a key link between Kia UK and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network acts as the primary link between Kia and its customers. The main activities include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, and monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives.

Consumers expect a great experience, and as a Dealer Development Business Analyst you will contribute to all of these functions to ensure our Dealer Partners deliver an exceptional customer experience. In the role you’ll work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with our Dealer partners, European HQ and key suppliers.
About You

Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
