We are looking for a Controller in Process 2 Cutting room Team B to join our Production team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Dungannon site. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans. This role requires managing and controlling production resources while driving efficiency and maintaining safety standards.

Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2 : Wed, Thurs

* Supervise and control production resources to achieve targets.
* Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements.
* Monitor and maintain efficiency across production processes
* Report and escalate any issues affecting production performance.
