Overview
At eXPD8, we’re looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco Welshpool in the SY21 7BL area. You\'ll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Although based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.
You\'ll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.
About the role
Weekly hours: 9 hours. Monday 6:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday 6:00pm-9:00pm, Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm.
Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
* Able to commit to the hours listed above
* Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
* Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
* Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling — move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus

* You\'ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
* You\'ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
* You\'ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
* You\'ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
