An Independent school in Barnet requires a skilled Physics Teacher, starting September for a permanent, full-time position. You will deliver engaging physics lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a qualified Physics Teacher.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Physics Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.
* Prepare students for GCSE examinations and practical assessments.
* Develop students' scientific understanding and practical skills in Physics.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of science resources.
* Potentially lead physics-related extracurricular activities.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physics.
* Proven experience in teaching physics at secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
