The Job We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Manager to work within our commercial team, with responsibility of improving our partner operation activities across the full partner lifecycle. In this role you will deliver and build a scalable area of the business, setting processes and procedures that support and add value to our partners, and our commercial and operational teams. This role is key to help us deliver long-term revenue growth. To be the ideal candidate you will bring operational expertise with a commercial outlook. You will have strong analytical skills, have a structured approach to developing and embedding new processes and procedures, be a great communicator and collaborator with an exceptional approach to stakeholder management. You will act as a strategic advisor and problem solver to the commercial and operational teams at Cashflows. What you'll be doing Commercial & Strategic Operations • Align operational practices with business objectives to maximise partner-driven revenue growth. • Identify commercial opportunities within the partner lifecycle, including upsell, cross-sell, and cost optimisation. • Collaborate with commercial teams to design scalable pricing, incentive, and operational models that support growth. • Work with the commercial leadership team to support go-to-market activity so to bring operational needs and solutions into our approach to market. Partner Onboarding & Integration • Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding processes, including due diligence across pricing controls and partner set up, contract management, and technical integrations to ensure all areas of partner on-boarding are completed correctly and efficiently. • Ensure partners and our commercial teams are supported with clear documentation, resources, and training relating to operational requirements with our partner portfolio. • Continuously improve onboarding workflows to shorten time-to-value. Day-to-Day Partner Operations • Serve as the senior escalation point for operational inquiries and complex issues. • Take accountability for the commercial team of the end-to-end process relating to incident management so to support our revenue teams and partners through updates, needs and resolution. • Monitor and refine workflows for ticket resolution, partner inquiries, and service delivery. • Leverage tools (CRM, ticketing, workflow automation) to streamline partner support. Performance Management & Reporting • Define and track partner operational performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, satisfaction scores) relating to the on-boarding process of our partners and the continuous speed-to-service of ongoing partner applications. • Lead regular internal business reviews with partners and our commercial teams, sharing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and revenue growth. • Support the commercial relationship managers with external business reviews with our partners when required. • Deliver accurate, timely reporting and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Risk & Compliance • Ensure all partner operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. • Proactively identify vulnerabilities and strengthen governance frameworks. Process, Technology & Tools • Audit and optimise the partner operations technology stack for continuous improvement. • Drive adoption of automation and scalable systems to enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve partner integrations. What you'll be experienced in • Experience proven in depth experience in partner operations, business operations, or ecosystem management, within payments. • Operational & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to optimise workflows while identifying commercial levers that drive revenue growth or cost reduction. • Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to analyse operational data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. • Technical Acumen: Proficiency with modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and API-based integrations. • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with clear prioritisation and timely execution. • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services (e.g., KYC, AML, data protection). • Commercial Thinking: Ability to balance operational efficiency with business growth, spotting opportunities to maximise partner value and company profitability. • Strategic Thinking: Sees the big picture, connects dots across the ecosystem, and shapes long-term operational strategies. • Influence & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building trust, driving alignment, and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally. • Problem-Solving: Comfortable tackling ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and creating solutions in high-pressure situations. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to translate complex operational issues into clear narratives for executives and partners. • Leadership & Collaboration: Inspires cross-functional teams, mentors peers, and fosters a collaborative and high-performing culture. • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and embraces change as an opportunity for growth. The hours This is a full-time role (40 hours a week) – Monday to Friday.
