This role is designed for someone who already understands what operating at that level demands. We are looking for an Events/Conference & Banqueting Specialist who enjoys taking ownership of delivering extraordinary events within this refined, high-end setting.

Responsibilities as the Events Services Manager…
9. Overseeing the seamless delivery of weddings, gala dinners and large corporate functions
10. Leading and motivating a team of Food and Beverage assistants during set-up and service
11. Acting as the operational lead on event days, ensuring every detail runs to plan
12. Maintaining impeccable five-star standards, even during high-volume events
13. Working closely with the kitchen and events teams to guarantee smooth coordination
You’ll be a great fit if you…
14. Have strong experience running large-scale events in fast-paced hospitality settings
15. You will ideally have a strong background in 4 or 5-star hotel environments.
16. You are comfortable working with UHNW clientele, VIP guests and corporate decision-makers
17. Are confident leading teams and driving performance under pressure
18. Deliver service with polish, presence and exceptional attention to detail
19. Thrive in luxury environments where guest expectations are uncompromising
20. Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused
