Role Description
Simpson and Weekley is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Negotiator for an on-site, full-time role located in Wellingborough. The Sales Negotiator will engage with potential clients, identify their property needs, coordinate and conduct property viewings, and effectively negotiate sales or lettings agreements. Providing exceptional customer service, the Sales Negotiator will manage the sales process, maintain a database of buyers and sellers, and liaise with clients to ensure a seamless property transaction experience.
Qualifications
- Professional knowledge of Estate Agents practices, including property sales and lettings processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build trusting client relationships
- Sales expertise and negotiation skills to achieve successful property transactions
- Ability to manage time effectively, with attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Prior experience in the estate agency industry is preferred but not mandatory
