MBNI Truck & Van is Northern Ireland’s authorised Mercedes‑Benz commercial vehicle dealer, providing sales, service, and parts support across the province. We are proud to represent one of the world’s most trusted automotive brands.

We are looking to recruit a Truck Sales Executive to look after the South of England area. You will work out of one of our sister company sites in Sussex or Surrey – Rossetts Commercials. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional. As a Mercedes‑Benz Truck Sales Executive, you will excel in customer care selling the most technologically advanced trucks in the Northern Ireland market.


Pay & Reward

Basic salary + uncapped commission providing an excellent earning potential, company vehicle is also provided.


Hours of work

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30.


Job background and purpose

* Proactively identify and engage new business customers, introducing them to the Mercedes‑Benz truck range
* Manage the full sales process, from prospecting the sale of trucks to the handover of vehicle
* Develop and maintain long‑standing relationships with key customers
* Demonstrate the key selling points of Mercedes‑Benz trucks
* Provide exceptional customer service for the entire customer experience
* Involvement in sales and marketing events to develop the truck customer market in NI
* Processing and managing CRM records to maximise customer interactions


Qualifications

* Previous vehicle sales experience and/or previous capital equipment and business‑to‑business sales experience
* Demonstrates a targeted approach to prospecting new customers through previous results
* Highly motivated and target driven
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn and become proficient in our dealer management systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Proof of Sales accreditation i.e. through a third‑party recognised body
* Experience of using CRM packages – Dealerweb/Kerridge
* HGV licence; we would support the right candidate to learn to drive a truck
* Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry
* Mercedes‑Benz company vehicle
* 30 days annual leave (Includes 8 customary days)
* Group profit share scheme
