Finance Manager - Central London (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
£55,000-£65,000 + discretionary bonus
Robert Half are working exclusively with a fast-growing professional services consultancy based in Central London to recruit a Finance Manager. With a turnover of around £15m and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, people-focused business at a pivotal stage of its expansion. You'll be working closely with an outstanding CFO who is passionate about mentoring and developing talent.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the month-end process, management reporting, and day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement within the finance function while providing insight and support to senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the month-end close process, delivering accurate and timely management accounts.
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and multi-entity consolidations.
* Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and audit coordination.
* Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency.
* Support compliance and statutory reporting across UK and international entities.
About You
* Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong technical accounting skills and confident managing the full month-end process.
* Experienced in management reporting, audit preparation, and financial systems (NetSuite advantageous).
* Nice to have: professional services or consultancy based background
* Nice to have: SME background
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable. Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced business.
