About The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Skegness Team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will coordinate the full recruitment process from advertising vacancies, conducting screening, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and initiating DBS checks, ensuring a professional candidate experience at every stage.
You should be confident in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screening CVs, and moving candidates through all stages of the process.
Support will be provided for recruitment days on resorts, where you will help run these events and ensure a positive experience for candidates.
You will also provide administrative support, including taking interview notes, maintaining recruitment reports, updating trackers, and managing correspondence.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing recruitment coordinator or someone with HR admin experience seeking development in recruitment.
You should be confident in communication at all levels, thrive under pressure, and be comfortable presenting at recruitment events.

Working Hours
The role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment. As we operate year-round, some weekend work is required, and you may attend careers fairs, open days, and external events.
