Detailed Responsibilities
* Inclusion Support: Supervising students in the "Internal Reflection" room, ensuring they complete their academic work while reflecting on their choices.
* Classroom Integration: Accompanying specific students into lessons to act as a "buffer," providing subtle cues and support to keep them on task.
* Reporting: Maintaining detailed logs of student progress and behavioral incidents to identify trends and inform future interventions.
* Liaison: Working closely with the SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
