Our Bakers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty treats, ensuring food hygiene, and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
1. Preparing a range of bakery items to a high quality, including bakery to go for the food hall.
2. Ensuring operations comply with statutory requirements such as health & safety and food hygiene.
3. Collaborating with the restaurant team to present items to a high standard for customers.
4. Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and health & safety protocols.

4. Experience as a Baker with successful volume production.
5. Excellent organizational skills and enthusiasm for quality work.
6. Relevant food safety qualifications are preferred.
