About the Role:
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Home Workers to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is more than a job it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
* Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily living needs.
* Monitor and record health signs, reporting changes promptly.
* Offer companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence.
* Encourage residents to take part in hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Caring, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting others.
* 6 months+ experience in care preferred, but not always essential.
* Flexible and open to working more than 25 hours per week.
* Team player with empathy, patience, and reliability.
