JOB DESCRIPTION
Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 (dependent on experience).
Contract type: Permanent.
Working pattern: Full time.
Closing date: Sunday 10 May 2026.
Interview dates round one: week commencing 1 June (in person).
Interview dates round two: week commencing 15 June and 22 June (in person).
We’re seeking people in the Hastings area with a genuine passion for leading teams and working in partnership to support children and young people to flourish.
Community Team Managers lead delivery of the programme across a local cluster of schools, supporting and managing a team of dedicated Link Workers and working closely with schools, local services, community organisations and Early Help partners.
They play a key role in coordinating partner‑led support and embedding joined‑up working across the local system, ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time.
Your starting salary will be pro‑rated if the above position is part‑time or term‑time only.
