Location
* Peterborough (Hybrid) – can be London as well.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to be the go-to AI and automation lead within a forward-thinking data function. You\'ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead automation of business processes via RPA and AI tools
* Champion AI adoption, from ideation to delivery
* Drive data integration and transformation (e.g., moving from SharePoint to Microsoft Fabric)
* Advise on data & AI structure, governance, and best practices
* Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are practical and impactful
What I’m Looking For
* Hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft CoPilot, and Azure AI
* Expertise in AI, Data Science & Machine Learning
* Experience with data automation, RPA, and integration platforms
* Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to lead AI projects—not just support them
