This role is suitable for an experienced solicitor ready to collaborate directly with partners and take charge of a diverse caseload.
Your Role:
As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will navigate the entire spectrum of employment law, addressing challenges such as unfair dismissal claims, discrimination issues, whistle-blowing cases, TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation (including insolvency situations), redundancy matters, general advisory, and optionally, providing counsel on senior executive exits.
What we’re looking for:
* You should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* You will have experience in handling a caseload of employment law matters
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
