Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Manager with deep expertise in Amazon to own and scale our clients marketplace presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the full Amazon ecosystem- from listings and SEO to advertising and operations - and can drive both revenue growth and brand visibility.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, optimising performance, and developing strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer experience across Amazon and other key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Marketplace Ownership
* Manage and optimise all aspects of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account
* Own product listings: keyword optimisation, content enhancements, A+ content, and SEO strategy
* Ensure catalogue accuracy, compliance, and consistent brand presentation
Performance & Growth
* Drive revenue growth through data-led decision making and continuous optimisation
* Monitor key KPIs and implement improvements
* Identify new opportunities for product expansion, bundling, and international growth
Advertising & Promotions
* Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
* Manage promotional calendar including deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
* Track ROI and continuously refine advertising strategies
Operations & Inventory
* Collaborate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstock
* Monitor FBA performance, fees, and fulfilment efficiency
* Resolve operational issues including listing suppressions, account health, and customer feedback
Analytics & Reporting
* Analyse marketplace data and produce actionable insights
* Deliver regular performance reports with clear recommendations
* Stay up to date with Amazon algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to align marketplace strategy
* Support product launches and ensure seamless go-to-market execution
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
* Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, algorithms, and ranking factors
* Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and performance optimisation
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace analytics platforms
* Experience with additional marketplaces is a plus
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
