Part Time Accounts Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a proactive assistant to work in our accounts department.
If you have a clerical background, great attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with weekly payroll.
* Produce statements and weekly invoices for our client base.
* Processing payments received.
* 1st stage credit control and reporting issues on balances.
* Produce accurate reports on a weekly and month end schedule.
* General accounts administrative tasks.
What we are looking for:
* A background in office work and experience in administration.
* Excel skills and aptitude to learn other operating systems.
* Experience of working with Sage and advantage but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and on occasion independently.

Job Type - Accounts Assistant
Part time 20 hours a week
£15,620 per year
Four day working week.
This position is office based in Shalford, Surrey and not suitable for home or hybrid working.
