Enhanced and complex Senior Support Worker – Bradwell
£14.89 per hour up to £15.89 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply).
Typical shifts: 7:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:30 pm–10:00 pm, 10:00 pm–8:00 am. Sleep‑ins may be required.

Role Overview
Senior Support Workers are at the heart of our management teams. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to lead our enhanced and complex supported living service in Bradwell. This welcoming, friendly environment supports a dynamic team and a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in daily life
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and service management
* Allocate shifts and book training sessions
* Induct new colleagues and support supervision sessions
* Order medication and ensure residents manage their finances
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behavioural distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma survivors
