Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (HealthVisitor) to join our caring and progressive Health Visiting service.Our health visiting service provides support to families (adults) with children aged zero to five. You'll bejuggling a varied caseload and you'll need to be confident and flexible to provide the best support for new andgrowing families.You will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well by using your clinical judgment to supportevidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families (adults) who use our services have agood experience.

Main duties of the job

What will the role involve?

* Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programme
* Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care and safeguarding.
* Supporting in the supervision/ line management and development of colleagues
* Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service
* Attend and contribute to team meetings
* Building relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment.

We have full and part time opportunities ranging from a minimum of 22.5 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hoursper week between 9am to 5pm.
