Benefits Manager – UK and Europe
London-based | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Supporting approximately 650 employees across 4 countries.
Our client is a global information provider with operations around the world, across several market-leading brands. This role is part of a specialist benefits function that plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will lead benefits operations across four European countries, driving strategy, managing vendors, and ensuring high employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Own daily benefits administration (healthcare, pensions, perks).
2. Coordinate the Benefits Administration platform, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and overseeing the enrollment process.
3. Lead one direct report and guide internal stakeholders.
4. Troubleshoot escalated issues with care and creativity.
5. Manage ad hoc projects within the team.
Expertise:
1. 5+ years of benefits experience, ideally a combination of in-house and consultancy roles.
2. Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable under pressure.
3. Skilled with Workday, Darwin, and technically savvy.
4. Possess a people-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
