Role Overview: An experienced Construction Assurance Manager is required to support delivery of major civil engineering works with a focus on earthworks. The successful candidate will provide construction assurance across project activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide construction assurance across major civil engineering and earthworks projects
* Monitor contractor performance and site delivery standards
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project procedures
* Identify risks, non-conformances, and quality issues, implementing mitigation measures
* Support project teams in achieving programme and delivery targets
* Provide reporting and assurance updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Significant experience in major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong earthworks experience (essential)
* Strong health and safety knowledge within construction environments
* Experience in construction assurance, site oversight, or project delivery
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to identify risks and drive quality improvements
