Job Description:
Due to new business wins, my client, an award-winning Pension Consultancy, is seeking a talented Senior Administrator to join their friendly, award-winning Defined Benefit team.
The role involves prioritising the team’s daily workload and assisting the Administration Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include:
* Providing effective pension administration services to clients
* Completing client work within SLAs and deadlines
* Handling complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme projects
* Serving as a point of contact for clients, trustees, and senior scheme members
* Participating in annual projects like renewals, benefit statements, and pension increases
* Offering advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues
* Contributing to process and procedural improvements
Applicants should have good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and the ability to perform complex calculations related to leavers, retirements, deaths, and transfers. Typically, around 3+ years of technical experience from a Third Party or In-House background, along with strong numeracy, communication, and organisational skills, are required.
