Job Description Culina Group have a new opportunity for a proactive, detail orientated Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings and assisting with various administrative tasks supporting the Talent Acquisition team. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 Key Duties of a Talent Acquisition Administrator: Assist with the coordination of interviews and scheduling of meetings with candidates Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media and networking Screen CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed Maintain ATS systems and candidate records Assist with new hire onboarding Qualifications Previous recruitment administration background within a fast paced environment Strong IT skills with the use of MS Office packages and systems Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Information As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
